Blue Point Grille dinner series continues with 5
Blue Point Grille is holding a five-course dinner with wine pairings.
CLEVELAND, Ohio – Blue Point Grille is continuing its chef's dinner series.
The dinner – 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 20 – is part of a series that celebrates the restaurant's 25th anniversary.
The menu, from chef Brian Moses, covers five courses. Each will be paired with white wines:
• Spring garden salad - Meyer lemon vinaigrette, red currants, pickled green almonds, house-made ricotta.
• Foie gras torchon - black truffle mustard, sourdough pretzel.
• Chitarra aglio e olio - Calabrian chili, roasted garlic, ubriaco cheese, parsley.
• Lobster-stuffed maiko shark - sturgeon caviar, bok choy, citrus dashi.
• Cinnamon toast millefeuille, a puff pastry.
Cost is $175. Go online to reserve a spot.
